Information
Cold Rock International's management team is headed by Selwyn Barr, who
founded the Cold Rock Ice Creamery franchise in Australia in 1996.
Cold Rock International is looking to develop overseas markets for the
Cold Rock Ice Creamery franchise. These development opportunities would
be under a Master Franchise Agreement for a country or region. What that
means is that a Master Franchisee would need to agree, and to have the
financial wherewithal to develop a number of stores within a specified
period of time of around 3-5 years.
The minimum net worth requirements will be $400,000 - $1,000,000 dollars,
but this could increase depending on the number of stores to be developed
in the territory.
Applicants should also have previous experience in retail (preferably
in food services) operations, and should be familiar with the territory
for which they would like to be considered.
Cold Rock has several business models which include producing and non-producing
stores, kiosks and mobiles.
If you feel that you meet the above qualifications, and would like to
pursue an International Master Franchise with us, please submit the following
information for further consideration:
- A complete CV of all partners who would be involved
- Verification of sufficient funds to meet the minimum net worth
- A general overview highlighting your specific area of interest, as
well as your longer-term goals for growing your business
